Paddy at International Ambassador Club Classic Trophy 2023

This was Paddy's first time competing in the International Ambassador Club Classic Trophy on 27 August 2023. He was given the opportunity to drive the magnificent Alfa Romeo Montreal and went on to finish 16th out of the 39 cars entered.

The one-day rally went through the Rhine Valley and the Bregenzerwald. The organisers had chosen a beautiful route, but unfortunately it rained all day. Even though the Montreal doesn't really like water, it did a great job of getting Driver and Navigator safely across the finish line.

Paddy had no nose for the special aroma test and missed two points. However, he demonstrated impeccable local knowledge and answered all the questions with flying colours. On the special stage, Paddy did a phenomenal job and finished fourth. This was a miracle as Driver had complained several times before that the Montreal and he could not go that slow. With the competition also putting in a strong performance, Paddy finished 16th.
